LOT REFERENCE

A useful reference—not always a unique identifier.

A client or supplier may provide a lot reference with the sample. Different organizations can use similar references, so compare the material description and other report details when reviewing a search result.

REPORT ID

Identify the laboratory document.

The report identifier helps distinguish one issued certificate from another. Review it with the issue information and any revision details rather than relying only on a sample name.

QR ACCESS

The QR code opens the associated PDF.

In this reporting system, an active COA QR code links directly to the PDF for that issued report. It bypasses the WordPress marketing website. Do not use decorative QR graphics from marketing images to retrieve reports.

PUBLIC SEARCH

Publication and possession of a link are different.

Public lookup includes only reports approved for publication. An unlisted link may still open a shareable PDF for anyone who holds it. Keep that distinction in mind before forwarding a document or its QR code.
